নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas the Executive Committee ("EC") of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“Wikimedia Bangladesh”) has hereby appointed the following person as Interim Member ("Member") of the EC of Wikimedia Bangladesh.

- Ankan Ghosh Dastider, Member, Executive Committee
The newly appointed Member shall have the rights to exercise all powers in need like other EC members according to the Article of Association of the Wikimedia Bangladesh.
The term of the newly appointed Member is scheduled to last till the next EC Member election or his resignation and/or cancellation from the EC membership, whichever comes first.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
