নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় ১ জনের ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়েছে।

Whereas, Executive Committee (“EC”) member Nurunnaby Chowdhury (Hasive) (“The Member”) has resigned from all of his positions in Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”) over undisclosed paid editing controversy on Wikimedia projects.
Whereas, the EC of WMBD has executed the power vested on them to accept his resignation and subsequently cancel the regular membership of The Member, bearing membership identification number “WMBD-RM-11” as a Regular Member of WMBD according to both sections of Article III Paragraph 1 Section 1, and Section 4 of the Article of Association of WMBD.
It is hereby resolved, any and all affiliations of The Member that require a Regular Membership of WMBD shall be removed once the resolution is effective.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
