নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।

Whereas, The Executive Committee ("EC") of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“Wikimedia Bangladesh”) has hereby appointed the following person as Interim Member ("Member") of the EC of Wikimedia Bangladesh.

Resolved, The newly appointed Member shall have the rights to exercise all powers in need like other EC members according to the Article of Association of the Wikimedia Bangladesh.
Resolved, Effective immediately when passed, the term of the newly appointed Member is scheduled to last till the next Election of Members of the Executive Committee or his resignation and/or cancellation from the EC membership, whichever comes first.
